Verify Listing Process

At this point the listing will require approval by a site administrator. The site administrator will

  • Check the verification code against the database to see if they match.
  • Select the correct status from the drop down options on the customer record.
  • Click the “Approve Listing” button on the website.

Once the site administrator has approved the locksmith’s claim a Claim Approved email is sent to the locksmith, the locksmith needs to click the long link in the email to take ownership of the listing (Remember to check the Junk folder)
