Failed User Activation Process

The data for this list is obtained from the MailChimp website, you need to do the following

    1. Log in to MailChimp, click here to login
      MailChimp Login
    2. Click on the search icon, top right of screen.
    3. Paste users email address into search box, press enter.
    4. Click the “View Profile” button.

a. If CRM ID is filled in use our database

b. If no CRM ID try going to their website using the domain from the email i.e. if email is ryan@cvgroup.co.uk, then go to www.cvgroup.co.uk

c. Find the address and telephone from the website.

d. Add to our database if not present.

  • Use script below to make a phone call.
  • If cannot locate customer send an email reminder.
